I’m Kayla Thomas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering psychotherapy and wellness support through a holistic, mind-body-spirit lens. My work centers on helping individuals reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and real. I integrate mindfulness, body awareness, creativity, and talk therapy to support deeper healing beyond surface level insight. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, focused on meaningful change in daily life. With a background in community and nonprofit work, I also bring a practical understanding of resources that can support you beyond our sessions. Balance is something we return to, again and again, in different seasons of life.
